This year the Ice Cream Alliance has organized its own trade show at the Pavilion 1 of the NEC convention centre of Birmingham. The event also held the annual conference of the Association, The National Competition for Ice Cream, an every night dinner/dance with the Presidents’ Ball as the top event. The booth 81 of the RSS Hereford presented a complete range of COREMA batch freezers, pasteurizers, cream whippers and soft ice cream machines manufactured in Italy. The latest trends for Gelato were also presented to the English professionals.
