The traditional spring show in northern Germany for Hospitality and Consumer products was this year blessed with no snow on the ground for crossing from Italy to Germany through the Alps. Giuliano Curati presented some of his new recipes, in particular the pear sorbet with grano padano cheese and strudel gelato, that was ranked by visitors and exhibitors as the best gelato at the show. The COREMA line of equipment was well exhibit at the company booth.
