IBATECH is the Turkish Bakery and Gelato trade show right on the historic convention centre near Istanbul’s airport. Many professionals attended the event that was held from 11.00 am to 21.00 pm. SEVEL, our partner and local distributor for many years, presented their display cabinets and the CRM by TELME line of equipment with many demonstrations. The Turkish gelato makers, with their own particular mixes (SHALEPP), were greatly satisfied with the CRM batch freezer, capable of preparing a gelato ready for immediate consumption.
