Main functions

  • Speeds up all manual operations reducing time and labour, while maintaining maximum hygienic conditions.
  • Mixes and Stirs all the ingredients: milk, cream, powdered milk, flour, fruit, sugar, dextrose, eggs, emulsifiers, stabilizers, etc. for the preparation of creams, bakery specialities, tempered chocolate, gastronomic dishes & mixes for gelato.
  • Heat, Cook and Sanitize: melts fats & chocolate, eliminates most pathogenic bacterial flora and vaporizes excessive water residues.
  • Cool & Conserve: completes the pasteurization process, keeping the residual bacterial flora in microbiostasis, maintains the mix at the best temperature according to rules & regulations.
