COREMA ice cream machine - CREAM COOKERS - THERMOCREAM 30/60

Bakery-processors with 14 automatic and 10 adjustable cycles for any specific recipe. Multilingual liquid crystal display (LCD). Temperatures can be regulated from +1 to +100°C. Agitation can be slow, quick or intermittent. Double lid for easy addition of ingredients during processing and better discharge of steam. The heating and cooling cycles are obtained using a special circulating thermoconductor liquid. Both models can operate with 50% or full vat of mix and have automatic memory of the last programmed cycle. The unit can produce all bakery specialities, it is also useful for pasteurizing ice-cream mix or temperate chocolate. Cook or chill procedures can be fullfilled for gastronomical preparations that need a rapid cooling for the best hygienic conservation.
