Basic Technical Course

Technical Courses are hold at Telme’s facilities by the Service Technical Manager and Technical Director.
Participation to the course only by invitation.
Is accepted subscribers for a maximum of 15 people
Intended student
Technicians with adequate refrigeration, electrical and mechanical experience.

- Transportation and unpacking of equipment
- Electrical and water connections
- Operation of the equipment
- Mechanical Parts
- Refrigeration parts
- Electrical Parts
- Equipment updates/improvements
- Technical interventions based on statistics
- Assembling and disassembling of parts
- Dealing with the end user
Schedule
Please be on time, if necessary plan to arrive one night earlier.
Time: 9.00 to 12.30 / 14.00 to 18.00
First day:
- plant tour.
- overview of small vertical freezers, batch freezers and new equipment.
Second day:
- overview of food processor, combined machines, pasteurizers and cream cookers.
Third day:
- overview of soft equipment and cream whippers.
