Basic Technical Course

General Infomations

Technical Courses are hold at Telme’s facilities by the Service Technical Manager and Technical Director.
Participation to the course only by invitation.
Is accepted subscribers for a maximum of 15 people

Intended student

Technicians with adequate refrigeration, electrical and mechanical experience.

  • Transportation and unpacking of equipment
  • Electrical and water connections
  • Operation of the equipment
  • Mechanical Parts
  • Refrigeration parts
  • Electrical Parts
  • Equipment updates/improvements
  • Technical interventions based on statistics
  • Assembling and disassembling of parts
  • Dealing with the end user

Schedule

Please be on time, if necessary plan to arrive one night earlier.

Time: 9.00 to 12.30 / 14.00 to 18.00

First day:
  • plant tour.
  • overview of small vertical freezers, batch freezers and new equipment.
Second day:
  • overview of food processor, combined machines, pasteurizers and cream cookers.
Third day:
  • overview of soft equipment and cream whippers.
