Combigel, with two separate vertical cylinders, presents a complete laboratory in a single machine. This new equipment allows to mix and heat one flavour, while cooling and freezing another. Combigel is the ideal solution for the very small laboratory and to produce sorbets, slush, baker's cream and many other specialities all in one machine. Pastogel, multifunctional batch freezer for mixing, tempering, cooking, pasteurizing, chilling, ageing and freezing any dough or semiliquid food product. Adjustable timing and temperature controls can be operated either manually or automatically for a flexible working procedure. The pasteurizing and freezing cycle made in one cylinder eliminating transfer of product and assures perfect hygiene. A complete laboratory in one single unit.
